Site Manager – Fixed Term Position

Fixed Term Position starting 2nd January 2024- anticipated duration 15 weeks

Working location – Olympia, Central London with necessary travel.  Role requirements include:

• Monitoring and reporting progress of works to meet contractual obligations
• Preparation of RAMS and submission to contractors, Health & Safety management on project sites to ensure statutory obligations are met
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of managing subcontract installations for tier one subcontractors, ideally in the fenestration industry
• Excellent working knowledge of construction industry • CSCS Card Holder
• Ability to interpret construction, architect and working drawings
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualified preferred (training can be provided)
• Working knowledge of CDM Regulations
• Ability to build relationships with co-workers, customers and suppliers.
