Crittall Windows announces winners of its 2024 House of the Year Awards

We are proud to announce the winners of our prestigious Crittall Windows House of the Year Awards (CHOTY).

The awards which launched in 2019 are designed to celebrate and recognise the best installation in residential projects across the United Kingdom and Lightfoot Windows has been crowned the winner.

The project in question, which was completed by the London-based Crittall Windows’ supplier, featured a home in London that showcased the perfect blend of contemporary design and traditional craftmanship synonymous with steel window and door systems manufactured by the Essex-based firm.

The winning installation included impressively lit Crittall Windows’ InnerVision® internal screens and external Corporate W20® screens surrounded by an eye-catching red brick, making it a stand-out project that demonstrated how Crittall products effortlessly allow natural light to flood properties.

Both KJA Services and Bespoke Glazing Design secured the runner-up positions with their innovative installations on projects based in Chester and London. While one project included bespoke floor to ceiling steel windows, the other combined two bespoke steel arched doors, defining different zones within the large open plan living space.

The Crittall House of the Year Awards, now in their fifth year, continue to celebrate not just the knowledge and skills of the suppliers and installers but also perfectly showcase the incredible potential and versatility of steel windows, doors and internal screens.
